Who we are…


We are the people who were part of University of the Philippines, Tacloban City Campus who dreamt of touching based with old friends and schoolmates through this kind of venue. A venue where we can speak our minds, talk our hearts out and become a beacon for others who share the same dream. The dream of forging a strong bond among UP Tacloban constituents despite time, distance and space…a bond that will forever burn in our hearts with the hopes that this be carried into a tradition of camaraderie, friendship and amity.


This website came into being with the hopes of converging people who were and are still part of the UP Tacloban City Campus, those people who came, worked on their dreams and left to pursue a new horizon and conquer new heights… and those are still there trying to make a difference in the lives of the others. Many of us still would want to be in close contact and in constant update of the people UP Tacloban had molded into actualized individuals, who had traveled different parts of the world as they build their lives and yet bore in their hearts, the home they have once been part of. We are the people who took pride in being part of the said campus as we find our own place under the sun…we came, we went… we conquered the world and yet at the bottom of our hearts lies this tiny flame that we should carry on the legacy and traditions of our beloved alma mater…UP Tacloban.


Each part of this website is carefully thought of and planned so we can cater to the end that we aspire for and that is bringing UP Tacloban people closer wherever they may be.


What are we here for…


We would like to create a venue for everybody who is willing to share a thought, tell their fondest memory, crack a joke, tell everyone how they fared in this journey we call life, and to be present despite the engulfing absence and depressing distance.


We would like to be the companion for UPians who are situated in various parts of the world longing to hear something from UP Tacloban thus update themselves with the current news and happenings on the people who they once shared lives with, in the four corners of our beloved university.


What do we seek…


We hope to be a portal for individuals who would constantly keep themselves abreast with what’s going on inside this webpage. And we hope for these people to join us in this quest and once with us, may this dream of linking people be forever etched in their hearts and minds.
